Well first of all...I would just like to say...The maintenance guy is friggin awesome. He always comes to our apartment to do what we need him to do. We live close to the pool and everything was pretty cool. I mean you are going to have you ups and downs with any place that you move to. Our lease is up in June and Im sad to go. Im only leaving because of a roommate situation or I would resign in a heart beat. I will say I agree with the other posting that said the chicks in the office have bad attitudes but we never really went in there much because of it. Overall I think the waterford are very decent and especially for the price that you pay. Our apartment was spotless when we moved in. We dont have any bug problems and its a fairly quiet community. I mean when you think about all the crap that goes on a University Courtyards or Campus Park, where there is trash everywhere and a whole bunch of friggin drunk frat boys and athletes. The waterford is a friggin 5 star hotel. I think whoever posted the posting saying that the waterford is "okay" is just bitter and needs to learn that ---- happens.
