During the 6 months I've lived at the Waterfords I've had the following issues:

* Parking. Oh my gosh - how awful is this!!! The complex requires a parking sticker on a vehicle, or that they park in a visitor spot, otherwise it gets towed. Well, seeing as how there's only visitor spot near me that my neighbor's stupid boyfriend pretty much has his truck live in, and since I live in the back of the complex, and the only other visitor spots are near the leasing office (which are also always occupied) I can't have ANY visitors, or they get towed - which has already happened once - to my 60 year old father, by the way.
I was in a wreck last weekend, was put into a rental car, the leasing office was closed and couldn't get a temporary pass (which by the way - costs $20!!!!) and since it didn't have the stupid sticker on it, I woke up early Monday morning to a towing truck trying to take off my with my rental car.

* The place was filthy when I moved in, I gave them that "inventory" form, and they never came back out and cleaned. The 2nd bathroom was disgusting - covered with mold that I've tried to scrub, but due to so much time of neglect before I got here, all I did was get it to turn from black to gray.

* Their dumpster is at the beginning of the complex, so in order for me to take out the trash, I have to put it in MY CAR and drive it to the dumpster, or I can do daily trips of small bags. Either way - Yucky.
They really need to either provide curbside trash pickup, or get another dumpster.

* The pool is supposedly open til 10pm, but I've gone by several times after work around 8:30pm to get my laps in, and the gates are locked. Plus the pool is closed every Monday, and nobody mentioned to inform me of this.

I've lived the apartment life for a little over 10 years now, and I know what to expect as far as occasional disappointments go, but this is daily stuff I have to deal with. And yes - as everyone else has said - the young ladies in the leasing office certainly need to re-visit charm school.
