I moved in Early Spring and my apartment was just finished(Painted) in which was just dried. The apartment is fair and maintenance is horrible. The windows leak all the time to where I have to use 40 towels to keep from flooding my floors. It took 7 letters to get something done. The neighbors are horrible and loud. There is also now black mold around my windows in which they have never come back to fix/ take care of and to fix the windows. Management is very poor and so is maintenance.
