Great place to live - I lived here for one year in the largest apartment offered and loved it. Good place to live Great place, Great rent and they give you perks like $200.00 visa gift card and such. Then they also give out free pizza or free food every once in while. So there are some pretty up's to living in student housing instead of living in apartment doesn't have much.

Coventry safety the safety at this complex is a joke, the gates which are designed to keep undesirables out is never working properly and the management will not spend any money to fix. many break in and robberies in this apartment complex as well as cars being stolen out of the parking lot.

A good place to live in Denton!!! This place is so nice. I can walk my dog in the huge park across the street. And it is easy to go anywhere from home because I-35 is two blocks away. Also the rent is the lowest compared to other places.
