This place is horrible. I lived here for 1 1/2 years and had nothing but problems. My 1st apt faced the outside on one wall in particular and when it rained the water would seep thru. It took 2 weeks to fix it and they left the mees for me to clean up after they were done with the sheetrock repair. This was supposeably fixed, but come the next good rain the problem was back. They let me move to another unit after I threw a fit. Fix it right the 1st time. At my 2nd place a water pipe busted and water poured in from upstairs. I mean poured in, my light fixtures, medicine cabint, and other crevases that were made due to the heavy water flow. Not to mention this all happened in the middle of the night and maintence took 1 1/2 hrs to respond. You know how they wanted to fix it. Paint over the water damage with Kiltz- Hello what about the mold that will form between the 1st and 2nd floors. I threw another fit and was let out of my lease. For get this place, the cheap rent is not worth it.
