Bayou Village Apartments

You're making the right choice!!!!(trust me) From: Qiana Date posted: 12/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   i started off in a one bedroom and I had no problems! I got pregnant so i moved into a two bedroom still no problems your regular maint problems really nothing to get irate over. As of right now they are fixing alot of the exterior they have already fixed potholes the garages ceilings have been fixed right now they are in the process of fixing balconies. I don't want to leave but I'm a single parent and the rent is 685, but if i could afford it i would stay. Rachel is the Apt Manager she is great she knows me by name and i can call her for anything. I really don't want to leave!!! you have assigned parking and parking tags. the freeway is by the units on the end where i am and it gets a little noisy but it's not like they can just pick up the apartments and move i can deal with it! Oh, there is also a strip club by the freeway units, never had a problem there. If you don't have a car Krogers, McDonald, Taco Bell, Whataburger, Subway etc. is literally walking distance trust me I've done it and you don't see me walking no where. There has been apartments broken into and management was good at passing out flyers and eventually they set up a neighbors watch with all the tenants! There was one instance where a child almost got kidnapped, but as a mother in 2006 her parents should have known better!!!! Kids are not even safe in school anymore let alone little girls outside playing by themselves, it was someone passing by in a car.
