Total Nightmare!!!!!!! YOU MUST READ

I moved in to these apartments with a total blind eye. In the day light the property is quiet, until the sun goes down. Police officers are there several times a day and night. There is drug use in the common areas, laundry room machines do not work and is used as a drug transaction center. The management is well aware and seems to condone this behavior. She is totally unprofessional and makes it a habit to disscuss personal rental information with other tenants. Grounds are never lit in the night time, property has a terrible flood problem in the rain. This poses a health threat because the sewage traps are often uncovered. People steal things right from your front door, such as patio furniture, welcome mats, and holiday decorations. If you have children I would not recommend these apts, there are some tentats who feel it is alright to verbally and physically disipline any child, which ofcourse causes violence amongst the adults. I have brought these issues to the managing corporate office who turned a deaf ear because it is low income housing,but everybody deserves to be safe and comfortable! The property manager does not even live on the property, nor does the maintainence staff. In my opinion, the property owners should investigate the property manager and management company they are using. They are no better than slum lords! And it is a total unjustice to the good people who live there and have to put up with drama that goes on there to put a roof over thier families head!!!

i left a plastic tree out side for two days so it could air out and nobody even missed with it and only seen the cops out here one time

a plastic tree? wtf are you serious??? plastic i wouldnt of messed with it either youve only seen the cops out there once either your a crack head who doesnt copme outside or your lying your azz off!!!!!!!!!
