We moved in these apartments in october after looking at several apartment complexes. the manager totally misrepresented berself and the apartments. it has become a living nightmare for me and my family. my husband is disabled and we had to move in apartments as he can no longer do any of the upkeep required with living in a house. i have no cold water in my kitchen and the bathroom sink water smells like sewer water and the water in the bathtub comes out orange.
i have never ever seen such poor management. the manager is outside the office smoking from the time she gets here till she goes home. the maintenace doesnt do any repairs and seems to really dont care. if i knew who to turn this manager in for all the violations here i would. i cant wait for our lease to expire so we can move out of this hell hole. and corporate is a joke..ive called the number janie gives me and nothing ever gets done..maybe because whoever i always seem to talk to is her friend. its really sad because most of the people who live here are good people who are getting treated really badly...so if your thinking of moving here....you might want to think twice.

If you read the whole sentence you would have known what mon stood for. I dont judge I posted my opinion just as you did. Frankly I dont care what your race is I dont remember ever asking what anybodies race was! The fact still remains if the city comes and there is concern about these apartments then thats a good thing. I feel if they dont like here why are they still here? Like I stated telling someone they are tootin because of the way they posted shows no intelligence! what are you out and thats why your so angry? Oh and let me guess Janey is suppose to let people live here for free? if you cant pay the rent you should move to somewhere you can afford. Thank You for the welcome! Like I stated in another post people need to come and see for themselves and not take the negative reviews on here. I wonder how many of the people with negitive post had to be evicted for not paying there rent or for other reasons?

really? mon can be monday or month or money..lol..and i see your sitting on your judgement seat so dont even go there about being rude.YOU obviously dont have much of a life either if you can go thru and comment on every review...and dont worry...the city is coming by this week to make sure the apartments are up to code. which cutting peoples ac wires and not having the correct amount of fire extenguishers is not quite up to code. as for the naacp..im white sweetie and it wouldnt be me calling them..maybe you need to look around some more before you go and open your mouth. janie put on a real good front when we looked at the apartments and nothing ever changed thru our lease and yes we did complete our lease. so yeah go by and talk to janie and the residents..i think youll be surprised how many hate it there..there are 6 families moving that i know of..but she doesnt care..she will just rent to whoever has the money to pay their first month rent and then evict them when they cant pay the next..like i said "welcome to northern pines motel" and i hope you enjoy the roaches and nats during your stay

i just found this site and im not surprised at all the negative comments..i too lived at northern pines..i was never late on my rent, never had the police called on me and never had my lights cut off..but i have to agree with some of the things that have been said. we were constantly fighting the roaches and had numerous problems with our apartment that were never fixed. we recently moved AFTER completing our lease and we are paying the same amount of rent as we would there. the only difference is that things get fixed here and we no longer have to fight the roaches or the drug traffic that seem to constantly go on th ere. i guess everyone is entitled to their own opinions and if your not happy living there then do something about it...move. And let the tenants who are happy living there continue to enjoy it..we are all different with different needs. thanks for listening..have a good day
