Northern Pines is a good place to live if you are family oriented. The manager, Janie, is aware of what happens on the property, and does not tolerate people who are inconisiderate of other residents. People going around talking trash about Janie and Northern Pines are generally people who are noisy and who have been asked to leave, or have grudges for other reasons. When she is there, she does watch and listen, and takes action quickly when it comes to people who either trash the place, or are loud and think the place is a "frat party." It is a home, and most of the people who live there are family oriented. It is a safe place to be outside and socialize, with respect of your neighbors. I have lived in a few other places and believe by far this is the best in the area. Everyone has a right to their opinion. It is easy to read something and go with that. I challenge you, if you are looking for a new place to live, to check out Northern Pines for yourself, meet Janie, and make your own decision. I wouldn't do say this if I didn't believe in Northern Pines and it's management team. Thank you Northern Pines, and Janie for providing a safe and QUIET environment for my family. Everything you do is greatly appreciated.

you are obviously one of janies little groupies who have nothing better to do than hang out at the office all day..i still stand firm in what i said and i am so glad my lease ran out and i could move. we live in a much better apartment complex now where the manager REALLY does care. i was told if i would retract what i said then janie would renew my lease..guess what??? no frickin way. she is just what i said she is and the apartments are going down hill fast. if she is such a good manager then why are people who have lived there 5 and 7 years moving out? i wish the city of dickinson would do everyone a favor and just condemn the apartment complex. oh but where would all the drug dealers and users go who live there? and for the record janie... i still stand behind what i said and i hope the owners read this..you are not a professional manager and never will be.

well im not one of janeys pets but i did just move here and if you want to talk to me you can just call the apt and she will give u my number i left it with here if its so bad and you didnt like why keep talking about it you moved so be it and if ne body else wants to move move you dont have to stay here me im not going no where i love it here and if you where so smart you would have called the head people keep up the good work janey your a good manager to me
