The apartment manager is the most incompentent person. She does nothing but stand outside and smoke and gossip with whoever will talk to her. She tells anyone that will listen about all of the other tenants affairs, which is grounds for a lawsuit, she goes to everyone for drugs for her "friend". She cannot run the computer and has other people do it for her, she also lets people that are on housing go to jail in apartment #20 the tenant was in jail 5 months and she kept her apartment for her and kept the housing money. Her new thing is to rent apartments that have not been cleaned and tell the people it is okay because it is in Dickinson. The complex is good but the Manager needs to be replaced as soon as possible. I lived there and moved out as soon as I could and they could not pay me to live there. I am a smoker myself, but she is always outside smoking and gossiping, she has no clue about managing an apartment complex. Before you rent their do not be fooled by her, talk to a few renters and find out the truth.

So what your saying is I'm not a decent hard working tenant because I like it here? When I moved in my carpets in everyroom was clean and nice, so the apartments was suppose to put me new carpet in? when there was nothing wrong with the carpet in my apartment!I don't feel the need to go around and ask anyone why their moving out, frankly thats none of my business! Please explain to me what a druggie looks like? that way I know what I'm looking for. You have a right to your opinion, just like everyone else. As I stated before people who are looking for a apartment needs to come by and make their own judgemnet, not let whats posted online do it for them.

ok..number one.i dont sell or use drugs..but i know a druggie when i see one..and it was obvious people came out of this particular apt high as a kite...and your right about one thing..people are going to come and go there..and i feel sorry for the good tenants who do live there.let me ask you a question? have you ever seen one of the apts being painted or the carpet being replaced after someone moves out? no you dont.WHY dont you ask the tenants that are moving out and there are quite a few why they are moving??? if your happy there...more power to you..but i will do everything i can to keep decent hard working people from wasting their money moving into those slum apts
