hello please read this before thinking of moving in to this infested hell hole....first is the roaches do dances at night and throw parties not to mention the nats from the drains....secon janey is a predjudice white trash redneck chain smoking heartless skank and has nothing better to do but move in and take your money then if your black or mexican she will find away to constantly call the cops and or cps on then she will evict you and then laugh in your face ..hey yall im a white female so im not someone with a chip on my back im speaking the truth me and my daughter moved in one apt and my mother and father in another..she never fixed anything and her excuse is the owner doesnt pay me enough she is running all the good families that have been there for years and replacing them with druggies people who have bad azz kids and people who are child molesters ...i challenge you to stop by around 5pm and see how loud it is...i could sit on my pourch and watch drug deals go down.....they dont replace carpet god knows they dont do plumbing oh did i fail to mention the went threw 3 maintenance men while i stayed there in 6 months.....janey use to sit out all day but when these reviews where written and the boss seen it she has stopped alot but beleive me she still tells her buddies that chill with her at the office other residents business and she sits and stares at you if your trying to sit out and catch a breeze and im sorry she is fugley that aint what i wanna see evertytime i look out my door......janey you should just quit youll never be a good manager you saved an apt to someone on section 8 to someone who in jail for three months but a mother with kids you gave her the boot and cut her lights oh isnt that illegal' wonder what section 8 would think....anyways dont move ther please go check it out janey will smile but look beyond that smile and see the truth youll read right threw that fake nasty purple teeth witch and i also should tell you if you stop by park in the lines cause she hired a crooked tow truck company and believe me i senn four vehicles in one week that was the straw that broke the camels back ...there are some really nice sweet people who stay there and they will be missed but they are moving also.....janey you are a sad pathetic excuse for a person and you need god in your life we pray for you daily im sorry to any familys shes hurt but she didnt hurt arers we are happy and our new manager is professinal of and wow maintance really fixes things ....

This is so funny someone telling janie she needs GOD in her life. I dont think it is very GODLY to sit on a computer and talk about and judge someone! I dont think it takes months to decide whether your living in a dump or not. anyone with (common sense) should be able to tell before they move into a apartment. If people would research things. The way I look at it these apartments cant be that bad, they only have a few vacant. Look the truth is someone shouldnt take no ones word for whats posted on the internet about nothing. If you are looking for a apartment go by ask questions.Not only to the manager ask the tenants. Make your own judgemnet, dont let someone else do it for you.
