I HAVE HEARD SO MUCH ABOUT THIS SITE LATELY THAT I THOUGHT I WOULD CHECK IT OUT. I READ THE REVIEWS AND I AGREE WITH THE COMPLAINTS..FROM RATS TO ROACHES, NATS, POOR MAINTENANCE, DRUGS, BAD KIDS, ANGRY ADULTS ALL OF IT. JANIE CARES VERY LITTLE ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE..IT IS AFTER ALL JUST A JOB AND SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO LIVE THERE..(DO YA JANIE?). I DO THINK HOWEVER, JANIE IS AN INTELLIGENT WOMAN, VERY FUNNY, AND SHE CAN BE COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING WITHIN LIMITS. FOR THE MOST PART JUST WANTS YOU TO PAY YOUR BILLS. THE PROBLEM LIES BEYOND JANIE..IT'S FAR MORE ABOUT HER MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND OWNERS WHO OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS OR THE FAMILIES WHO LIVE THERE. ALOT OF PEOPLE SEEM TO BE BOTHERED WITH JANIE STANDING OUTSIDE SMOKING..I ACTUALLY KINDA LIKED IT, AT LEAST SHE KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON NO MATTER HER LEVEL OF INVOLVEMENT. IF THE OWNERS HAD A SET OF STANDARDS IN PLACE I THINK JANIE WOULD UPHOLD THEM, AND HAVE A JOB THAT SHE COULD BE PROUD OF, AND THE RESIDENTS WOULD BE MUCH HAPPIER. TO ALL THOSE WHO MOVED..IT IS EASY TO BE ANGRY..DON'T LET THAT CONSUME YOU, IT'S SO NOT WORTH IT! WHEN YOU SHOULD JUST LET IT GO FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND...LIKE I, YOU'VE MOVED..SCREW IT, IT'S OVER WITH. TO THE ONES WHO STAYED..PAY YOUR RENT, PAY YOUR LIGHTS, DON'T CAUSE PROBLEMS...SORDA LIKE THE SONG "DON'T START NO ----, THERE WON'T BE NO ----!".. JANIE, PLEASE REALIZE WHAT YOU SAY AND DO AFFECTS PEOPLE(S) LIVES DEEPLY, THIS IS THEIR HOME EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT YOURS...IT IS HURTFUL AND SO WRONG TO LAUGH AT SOMEONE'S DESPAIR OR STRUGGLE...REMEMBER THAT THE NEXT TIME YOU FIND ANY JOY OUT OF THEIR SUFFERING. I DO LIKE YOU I CAN'T HELP IT! HAHA...I GUESS NOBODY'S PERFECT! I THINK YOU ARE CAPABLE OF SO MUCH MORE THAN THIS,,..INSTEAD OF READING THESE REVIEWS AND FEELING INSULTED YOU SHOULD TRY CHANGE..IT'S MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE THAN GOSSIP OR VENGEFULNESS..WOULDN'T LIFE BE BETTER IF YOU ENJOYED GOING TO WORK? WOULDN'T IT BE COOL TO READ REVIEWS OF PRAISE INSTEAD OF THINGS SAID IN ANGER? I THINK IT WOULD BUT THAT'S JUST MY OPINION.

I HAVE LIVED HER FOR 6 MONTHS AND I ENJOY WHERE I LIVE.jANIE IS A GOOD MANAGER. yES MY APARTMENT HAS PROBLEMS,BUT EVERY APARTMENT YOU MOVE TO IS GOING TO HAVE PROBLEMS. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE BUILT IN THE 70'S. AS FAR AS THE BAD KIDS GO THATS NOBODIES FAULT BUT THEIR PARENTS. I MYSELF HAVE CHILDREN AND I HAVE NO PROBLEMS LETTING THEM COME OUT AND PLAY... jANIE ACTUALLY KEEPS AN EYES ON THE KIDS OUTSIDE SO THEY DONT GO INTO THE PARKING LOTS OR BREEZE WAYS.SO PLEASE JUDE NORTHERN PINES FOR YOURSELF. PAY YOUR BILLS HERE AND YOU WILL BE STRAIGHT. oH AND AS FOR THE ONES WHO ARE TALKING ALL THE NOISE AND YOU KNOW WHO YOUR ARE HAVE YOU LOOKED IN THE MIRROR LATELY YOUR THE REAL TRAILOR PARK TRASH... my HUSBAND john did not want to keep living there..he just let janie think that..and she also told him that you had a crush on him..he came home and told me and laughed about it and sorry but its not a lie ..someone that is very reliable saw her ..i could really care less cause i dont have to see the -------- going on there anymore

First off your HUSBAND John, doesnt even know me, but rest a sure if he did you would have something to worry about. Second of all do you know what your posting on the internet about someone in that personal of a matter could get you sitting in court? That's not a lie! call around and ask if you dont believe me! I think you really need some psych logical help, for someone who claims to be a adult with a husband and children, you must not have much of a family life if you have nothing better to do then sit on a computer and try to trash the apartments you use to live in and the manager. Thats not forget the other tenants you trashed with your reliable sources. Oh yes I almost forgot if these apartments are so trashy why do you still come here?

quit trashing pam..shes a good person with a big heart and if you knew her you would know that..and umm you cant take someone to court for stating their opinions ..duh. sounds like your the one who has nothing better to do and needs to get a life. pam was a very good friend to me and her neighbors and as far as im concerned she can come around anytime she wants..it has nothing to do with the apartments being trashy..and thats no ones fault but the owners..get a life jenny and quit trashing nice people
