I have found living in apartments has it's ups and downs. I recently moved to Dickinson, and lived around the corner from Northern Pines. In another apartment complex, in which was a real nightmare. Northern Pines was the first complex I checked on when I decided to move. I have been here for nearly a month, and I love it. Let me get this straight I'm not one of Janey's pets,or a groupie. Now to discuss some of the things that have been said about these apartments. As far as the roaches any apartment you live in is going to have them not everyone has the same cleaning methods. I havent seen any mice or rats, Not saying anyone is lying but I have not seen them. I saw comments on the carpet,I dont understand how your carpet wasnt clean' this is the first apartment complex i have lived in that offers a carpet cleaner to the residents to use, so there is no reason for the carpets to be dirty. As far as the children go I think it is wonderful that this apartment complex has a place for the kids to play, and with it being right in the middle it is easy to keep a eye on the children, and lets face it kids will be kids. Now about the drug activity. I havent seen any not saying it dont or does happen, I can only comment I have not seen it. The issue about the tow truck, well if you park where your suppose to this would not be a issue, would it.Now for the police issue I havent seen no police at all here, since I moved in. Now as far as Janey she seems to be a caring person with values. She has addressed any issue I have discussed with her about my apartment with a timely manner. Look I wouldnt want her job, because no matter what she does, she cant make everyone happy. Look I understand some feel they have had bad experiences here, but what I cant figure out if it was so bad why stay anonymous'

WELL AT LEAST JANIE FIXES THINGS IN YOUR APARTMENT..MINE NEVER GOT FIXED AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD NEVER BE FIXED..I HAD NO COLD WATER IN MY KITCHEN AND MY THE WATER CAME OUT RED IN THE BATHTUB..MY HUSBAND HAD TO FIX OUR AIR CONDITIONER HIS SELF AND REPLACED A BROKEN WINDOW AT OUR EXPENSE. AND NO ALL APARTMENTS DO NOT HAVE A ROACH PROBLEM..I AM NOW ROACH FREE AND NAT FREE BECAUSE OUR MANAGER DOES REGULAR PEST CONTROL. I STILL SAY THAT TOWING PEOPLES CARS IN A COMPLEX WITH 51 UNITS IS A LITTLE DRASTIC..AND WHEN THEY COME TO TALK TO YOU ABOUT IT AND YOU LAUGH IN THEIR FACE..THATS JUST PUSHING PEOPLE TOO FAR. AND I SAT OUTSIDE EVERY DAY AND WATCH THE TRAFFIC TO ONE APT AND THEY WERENT BUYING COOL CUPS. WE WERE THERE FOR 6 MONTHS AND THE POLICE WERE OUT ON A REGULAR BASIS.AS FAR AS THE KIDS..I AGREE AND IM VERY GLAD OUR DAUGHTER HAD A SAFE PLACE TO PLAY..WE DIDNT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HER BEING OUTSIDE BUT I WAS ALWAYS OUTSIDE WITH HER ANYWAYS AND I MISS THE KIDS THAT LIVE THERE MORE THAN ANYONE. AS FOR JANIE..SORRY I STILL FEEL LIKE SHE IS A SORRY APARTMENT MANAGER. MOST MANAGERS WOULD NOT LET PEOPLE MOVE IN APARTMENTS THAT HAVE NEVER BEEN CLEANED. THATS JUST WRONG. THATS WHY WE PAY DEPOSITS. AND I HAVE SIGNED THE THINGS I WROTE AS I FEEL I HAVE NO REASON TO HIDE...IF JANIE WOULD HAVE TREATED US BETTER WE WOULD HAVE LOVED TO STAY ANOTHER 6 MONTHS. I MISS MY NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS I MADE THERE VERY MUCH. GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND I HOPE YOU CONTINUE TO ENJOY LIVING THERE..AS FOR ME IM HAPPY WHERE IM AT. PAM

well yes I will have to agree with that, but again I havent seen the negative things that people have posted about Northern Pines. Maybe Im not nosey enough to find out all the dirt on the people or the apartments. The sad part is why go to the extreme of trying to make something look bad that you know longer live in?
