Every thing negative said is all true, all that good stuff is pure fiction. I lost my house during hurricane Ike, spent about 3 months in a hotel trying to find something close to Galveston, nothing was available at the time but this.
And I have had nothing but problems scince I moved in. Ive been here for almost 4 months and STILL no A/C , Toilet overflows, water is bad, rust colored and metallic tasting. And I've told here several times about the AC not working, ever scince I moved in once a week. She replies I'll call the ac man tommarow or the ac man is on another job , or it was raining yesterday, Always some BS. By the way I have a wife who has been pregnant the entire time. So if she was carring and compasionate as some people have said(probably the janie bunch), she would AT LEAST fix the air conditioner for a pregnant woman right' BS.I actually went to wallmart and bought a portable indoor a/c unit. she see's me take the box to the dumpster, looks and see's what I threw away, then comes up to me later that day and says " I see you got a 7000 btu A/C, does it keep your place cool'" I said" not as good as the central unit is supposed to work" . And I hope she see's it because talking to her face does not do a thing for you. I would rather live in the frickin hotels or a tent , which I would glady do If I didn't have a family to provide for. So when My lease Is up Im out this piece...of you know. Parking ain't bad but keep you tires aired up and stickers current or you might have to go get your car from the impound.
and not all of the washer/dryers work. the ones that do suck.
So If you can find something different I suggest you do so.
