Cheap and a dump

This complex has large size roms for a cheap price. You get what you pay for. I lived in the area ans visited them recently. I was looking for something cheap but didn't want to live in a dump so to speak. Poorly maintained, a lot of theft, and drugs. Go somewhere else it's not worth saving a few bucks there. They only have 12 month lease there also. My advice is to keep looking unless you are down to your last straw.
