I Have lived at Torrey Pines since oct. 2006 and currently still living here. I have 2 children and we feel comfortable with this setting. The bus picks them up and drops them off in front of the apartments. I have never had anything stolen and I never had a problem with bad nieghbors or disorderly children. I enjoy the small complex and friendly nieghbors. The manager lives on site and we also have a buisness manager in the office. Both are very polite and friendly. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
