My family has lived here since Feb.2007. This is a small apartment complex and
we feel safe here, for there is not alot of traffic that comes through here.We have a five year old little girl and she likes to play outside alot,this would not be happening if the surroundings weren't safe. We have an onsite manager, and a maintenance man on 24hr call,which also lives onsite. There is also a buisness manager that works in the office if you have any problems. The place is very well lit. The owner takes pride in making sure that the apartments and grounds are well kept. We would not still be living here if this was not the case. I would refer Torrey Pines to any descent single person, family or couple.The manager onsite is male, the Buisness manager is female, and the maintenance is male. They are all very easy to get along with.
