I lived in these apartments for one year and they were horrible. They are very old and we had problems with mold, ants, and severe termite damage. My husband's hand went through our closet wall from termite damage and we had a colony of ants living inside our wall. Needless to say we moved shortly after.

I have come to learn that most of the people that write these reviews aren't truthful. COME ON WHY WOULD YOU LIVE HERE FOR A YEAR UNDER YOUR SO CALLED CONDITIONS IF IT WAS THAT BAD. YOU PROBABLY DIDN'T PAY YOUR RENT OR FOLLOW THE RULES THAT THEY ARE ENFORCING. IF YOU WOULDN'T OF BEEN FIGHTING THAT WOULDN'T OF HAPPENED. They are steadily cleaning and upgrading these apartments due to some of the tennants abuse. thank you Stilllivinghere

I lived in those apartments with broken pipes because it was cheap and all we could afford at the time. So it is not unreasonable for someone to stay a year with termite damage etc. If you have a lease people tend to stay until the end so that they don't have to pay fees. They are a poorly built apartment because they still have iron pipes. Your still living their because you probably work their anyone else is in and out like the rest of us.
