Northern Pines 36% Recommended May 13 2008: I have found living in apartments has it's ups and downs. I recently moved to Dickinson, and lived around the corner from Northern Pines. In another apartment complex, in which was a real nightmare. Northern Pines was the first complex Pine Forest Apartments 25% Recommended May 13 2008: I lived there for nearly two months, Not a very nice place to live yes it is cheap, but then you have the police there everyday,because of all the drugs. and about the third week there someone was stabbed to Northern Pines 36% Recommended May 12 2008: I HAVE HEARD SO MUCH ABOUT THIS SITE LATELY THAT I THOUGHT I WOULD CHECK IT OUT. I READ THE REVIEWS AND I AGREE WITH THE COMPLAINTS..FROM RATS TO ROACHES, NATS, POOR MAINTENANCE, DRUGS, BAD KIDS, ANGRY ADULTS ALL OF Northern Pines 36% Recommended May 12 2008: just moved here 5 days ago.
