Bad stuff true, good stuff lies! - Every thing negative said is all true, all that good stuff is pure fiction. A nice place with trees and a pool - We were displaced by IKE and stayed in Dickinson Pines for a few months until we were able to move back to Galveston. Not a nice place I lived there for nearly two months, Not a very nice place to live yes it is cheap, but then you have the police there everyday,because of all the drugs. and about the third week there someone was stabbed to death. I ask one of the mantenance men how often this happens.

Horrible Apartments I lived in these apartments for one year and they were horrible. They are very old and we had problems with mold, ants, and severe termite damage. My husband's hand went through our closet wall from termite damage and we had a colony of ants living inside our wall.

Nice cozy small complex I have lived here for over 2 years now, and feel safe here. It is a very cozy and family based type of complex. Management are very helpfull and freindly.
