Very nice and surprising - I lived in the complex for a year after a difficult period when my job moved and my family could not because our house could not sell. Turned out to be lovely and a nice place to be. Nice pool and amenities and decent folks to deal with for problems. Very nice and surprising - I lived in the complex for a year after a difficult period when my job moved and my family could not because our house could not sell. Quiet and clean community Green Caye Village is a very quiet community and it has a great cost/benefit also. For people who like living in a quiet area, this is the right place. The bad thing about here is recreation. There are no pools (which would be perfect on the summer).

I wouldn't rent here There is no maintenance on site. You have to wait for almost 2 weeks unless it's an emergency in THEIR opinion, for someone to come and fix it. The management company is only out for the money and really do not care about its tenants.
