Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Do not reside at these appartments which is known as Jasmine appartments at 1301 apt 19 S. Maddox Ave, Dumas Tx 79029. The staff will be nice to you the first time and once your a tenant they will ignore you, delay any matanence that needs to be fixed. They do not have a certified a/c mechanic or any staff that is certified to fix anything. the office is open Mon. - Fri. 830am to 530pm and every Friday they like to leave early with out any notice. THe apartments are not very well kept and not in very good condtion for the price they rent them out. BE Ware, DO Not Live in these apartments!!!!!
