I currently stay in Candlelight Park Apartments and it SUCKS. The get new maintance people every day which is not good cause you dont know who they are allowing to walkin your house. I have been here since may and i've seen the apartment manager only twice. the people that have been here a while said that the prior manager was great and how they use to shampoo your carpet very 3months and how pest control would come out and spray. well that must have been along time agaon since i ve been here they have not shampoo my carpet and they have all kinds of bugs and the maintance men be half ass fixin stuff. me and my neighboor are ready to move. they want to go up on rent, these apartments look like the DUNCANVILLE PROJECTS. the manager came to my house at like 7:30-8 at night asking for rent. at first rent was due no later than the 5th and now its due on the third, i asked her when did that start she stated THIS MONTH. they are so lazy that they could not even let people know that was trashy how they knocked on my door. if they would stop changing the rules and follow whats on the lease agreement people would know these things. at one time the closed the drop box WHAT TYPE OF APARTMENT CLOSES THE DROP BOX. these apartments suck and they are poorly keep in the inside.its not safe you have people looking like crack head walking the street at 2-3 in the morning and then you have old men looking like rappest looking at you. DONT MOVE OVER HERE. they need to remodel and get a new manager. I would recommend that my worst enemy move over here.

I don't recommend any one to move over here to Candlelight Park Apts. My family and I have been here about 2 1/2 years now. I must say since the new owners have taken over the property, it has gone down since then. When you call the office for maintenance to come out to fix something in your apartment, they don't do a good job in repairing anything. Roaches has been at their worst within the last few months. My neighbor and I have been in the office on several occasions asking them to spray for roaches, promises have been made but nothing has been done. Who wants to live in a place that is infested by roaches, especially when you are paying the high rent they want you to pay. I feel as if though the owners don't really care about this property or the people living in it. All they want is for you to pay your rent. They don't come in and do monthly inspections of the apartments to see if there is anything that needs to be repaired. The ceiling over the sink in my kitchen has been leaking for the past 6 months or so and has started to mold. Every since we have been here my family has had problems with their sinuses and allergies. For the amount of money they charge for you to live here, you might as well buy or rent yourself a house.
