Great Apts From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I have lived at Red Bird for 3 years and have never had a major problem. I had a few noisy neighbors but they were handled appropriately. I did had a lady harass me for a while over my dog but they handled that in a professional manner and she was never a problem again. They take pride is keeping the grounds clean and the apts up to date with air filters and batteries for the fire detector. I had a leaky sink and the day I let them know it was fixed within a few hours! I hate to leave but Im working part time to go to school full time! I cant afford the rent at the moment!
