The parking is standard for an apartment in Reno. It sux. However, the grounds are good and the staff are polite. Being this close to the freeway is annoying sometimes, but can be soothing as well in a wierd, unrban kinda way. The gym is terrible and small. The pool and hot-tub are overrun with kids constantly. The location is good for north west bars and UNR. It's quiet....almost too quiet. Which is to say that after almost 2 years I have yet to meet anyone else who lives here. All-in-all the rent is fairly cheap and you get what you pay for.
