I just moved to property. It is great! They have updated everything! My apartment looks wonderful!My rent is very affordable, and I am close to my job. I think if you have a problem with rent due on the 1st, then you shouldn't have your own place. It is called responsibilities as an adult. The staff was really helpfull, and got me approved in a well manner.

Well they did not tell me about the rent thing until I signed the lease. My view is opposite.
