Bad Roaches, management sucks,rent due on the 1st with late fee on the 2nd. TERRIBLE!!!

I would like to reiterate that this Anonymous resident apparently did not read their lease regarding the late fee schedule as it clearly states the terms and conditions on the first page as to when rents are due and the consequences if paid late (2nd). Management only enforces the terms and conditions of the Lease with no deviation from policy to protect the residents as well as the employees working on this complex. In regards to the pest problem, we have a service on-site once a week (every Thursday) to treat/pretreat for pest problems. This resident apparently did not contact management regarding this issue as response time is within the week from when the service order is called in, or immediate service if needed. I believe that Wimberly Park is a great place to live and work!

For one thing.I did not know about the rent due on the second until i did sign my lease.I was not infromed about it before plus my deposit was already given.I so happen so the sign behind the wall of Tina's head when she was there but I was n ot told VERBALLY until i did sign my lease.So you are right about it being in the lease but inform peoople before they put in an application.Why do you not have randomly pest control like other apts.Why should we have to keep requesting it. You would never have rocahes if you would do it randomly!!!!! I dont plan on requesting a pest control because i am moving and you will not know when I do!
