I lived at Wimberly Park for 2 years and found that parking is terrible due to many visitors. It is like a first come first serve basis. The security gate that was built not too long ago was always broken due to visitors not able to get in or outside the property. I felt very unsafe at night due to the fact that there were some robberies reported there. I also reported one myself. Everything inside the apartment is cheap looking and the walls are not insulated properly. I could hear everything my neighbors talked about or their relations they would have at night.I guess you get what you pay for. And watch out for unknown fees they charge you for. Nothing but fees, fees, and more fees. As far as maintenance goes, when ever I need something fixed it is either I have to wait a while or they half way fix things when requested. The only good thing to say about this place is the management is very pleasant. As far as my concern, I would most definately not recommend this place to anyone or anybody I know. This place really sucks!!!
