this place is horrible!!..the ladies in the front desk acts really nice to you because they know you're not a resident yet. once your a resident, you dont get those nice smily faces anymore, its more like "ughh what do you want" after you moved in already. this place has ANT problems like crazy!..i had millions and millions of ANTS in my appartment LITTERLY! before and they cant even get the problem fixed!! not the mention the foundations are horrible. cracks everywhere!. my cousin moved in after i refered him and 2 months after he moved in his car got broke into 3 TIMES!!..AND HIS APARTMENT IS 30 YARDS AWAY FROM THE OFFCE!!...the only cameras they have there are at the gates...what good is that when the GATES ONLY WORK HALF THE TIME AND CARJACKINGS HAPPEN ALL THE TIME IN THE COMMUNITY!!..when i moved out, i knew they were going to take my 200 dollar deposit wich i didnt care about because i left the place dirty...i didnt mind that...BUT A FEW WEEKS LATER, I GET A LETTER SAYING THAT I OWE $$240 DOLLARS FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT EVEN DO. THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD TO RESUFACE THE COUNTERS'''''..ALL THEY DID WAS WIPE IT WITH SOME TOWELS..THEY COULDNT EVEN GIVE ME PICTURES TO PROVE IT..BUT THEY HAD PICTURES OF EVERYTHING ELSE I PURPOSLY LEFT DIRTY. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING THEY COULDNT EVEN PROVE!...AND THEY THREATEND TO SEND IT TO COLLECTIONS...SO I DISPUTED IT AND THE APPARTNEMT MANAGER, A TALL BLOND CHICK WITH A BADDD BADD ATTITUED VERY UNPROFFESIONAL ATTITUDE FINALLY CUT A DEAL WITH ME TO GO 60/40 ON THE PAYMENT...SO I JUST SAID F*CK IT..AND GOT IT OVER WITH. FOLKS DO NOT COME LIVE HERE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENED ON IT.
