My husband and I lived in this apartment complex for a year and began to hate it after the first three months. As a matter of fact, we'd found a new apartment by the eighth month of our lease. We were that ready to leave! Upon moving into our apartment, we discovered that it wasn't very clean; there were stains in the carpet, the cabinets smelled, and the floor wasn't even clean. While we were attempting to get settled and get our furniture moved in, a cleaning lady arrived and began to "clean" the apartment. WTF' No, the living conditions didn't get any better than this. While staying in these apartments, we discovered there was a rodent of some kind that lived there as well. We contacted the leasing office and nothing was done about it. They put out sticky traps that this elusive rodent was able to avoid and as such continued to defecate in the apartment wherever it chose to. In addition to this, our bathtub in the master bathroom pealed and would flake up as we were showering. The toilet in the guest bathroom didn't flush for a period of time, so basically, we were down to one full bathroom when we should have had two. The last day we were there, I had to REQUEST several times that someone come do a walk through with us to check the apartment. The dude that came had dog poop on his shoe and attempted to walk in without wiping his feet first! After all this, we had to hassle and haggle to get PART of our deposit back. They ended up charging us for the stain that was in the carpet prior to our stay there. The only reason my husband and I didn't break our lease is because the apartments we were moving to weren't built yet. The staff is very arrogant and lacks common sense , courtesy, and any type of professionalism.
