| 11/18/2010 | If this place were investigated I'm pretty sure it be condemned. Everything needs repairs. Some repairs are too expensive, and dangerous if left unattended. I can only assume that he fixed them when we left. Somehow that doesn't seem likely. If you decide to move here be prepared for disappointment. I think the landlord's game is to collect as many deposits as he can. There are no contracts and so when you've had enough you can leave any time.
