The Sabine Terrace apartments used to be the nicest ones in Eastland, mostly inhabited by retired couples and elderly widows. Then the place sold to an Egyptian from Maryland(slumlord deluxe).
The dopers moved in, the good folks moved out, and it became a ghetto. As long as this guy owns this joint, it will always be a ghetto.
DON'T MOVE HERE!!

The fact that the owner is an Egyptian has nothing to do with how the apartments are ran. It's not fair to discriminate based on his nationality. Yes, the apartments are crap - but pointing out the owner's nationality/ethnicity could lead to your owning up to being a bigot.
