This was my very first apartment many years ago. They really are cute apartments and I enjoyed the layout of them and the arched doorways and windows. However, the carpet needed replacing. The kitchen appliances were another thing: mine were from the 60s or 70s: olive green. And that fridge - a pain in the butt to have to defrost all the time! And the freezer didn't hold much in the first place. I lived on the 2nd floor and still had a major problem in the summer with scorpions and fire ants!! The ceiling leaked when it rained. And the parking situation could be a little better.
