Pretty Good Apt Complex - I have lived in these apartments since August 2010 and it is now October 2011. I have not had any major problems at all. The management are not druggies and have not been since I moved in. I did hear the PREVIOUS management was terrible but that has changed. A nice lady with a very special son is management here now. GREAT APARTMENTS AND MANAGEMENT! I am moving to Eastland and visited all of the apartment complexes! The Raintree apartments are clean, the overall appearance was great, the yard was mowed and very neat in appearance and the manager seems very sweet and helpful. I hope when we get here

Excellent! More than just an apartment complex, feels like home. Lived at Raintree with Tami managing and also with Christie, those girls are great. If it breaks, they fix it, right away. Good, drug free community, curfew keeps disturbances away. Great place to be. I

Will not fix or repair apartments, backed up sewage, leaky roofs, air-conditioners and heating doesn't work half the time. Musty and mildew. Health hazard and danger to families due to faulty wiring and not properly maintained. Very poor enviroment for any human. No security.

When I lived there it was okay. Nothing great. Roads were awfull. Noticed they have new ones now. Grass was not kept watered. Landscaping looked dead.

There to many druggies living here. People let their kids run wild, grass very seldom gets mowed, playground has been closed for almost a year, nasty place to live.

Ahmed schmahmed.... butthead owner The Sabine Terrace apartments used to be the nicest ones in Eastland, mostly inhabited by retired couples and elderly widows. Then the place sold to an Egyptian from Maryland(slumlord deluxe).
