Harbor Point Apartments

Good and Bad From: rdyami Date posted: 7/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I just recently moved out of Harbour pointe apartments. I would not recommend these units to anybody. 1. If your single and like to party then this is the place for you. Lots of drugs in the building. 2. Cars were vandlized several times in the year I was there. 3. They filled in one of the pools to put in a playset for the children.(which they need) That playset still has not been put in. (pool was filled back in march). 4. a constant problem with roaches. (at first glance-walk through the apartment looked clean)upon getting into the apartment the filth was a 1/4 inch thick behind the stove and refrig. 5. I believe the appliances were older then the facility itself. My refrig was rust and leak everyday. Dish washer only worked on good days.
