Black Mold, Drug Dealers and Pot Holes There is black mold in the apartments. The black mold is everywhere.
Why don't the city close them up? Is it legal to have black mold everywhere?

Ready for the change I have been here for about a year. It was really bad when I first moved in. But I have notice changes. The office people are so nice and willing to help. I see guys cleaning the outside of the property all the time. They are cleaning the place up a little at a time. Keep it up.
