Ready for the change I have been here for about a year. It was really bad when I first moved in. But I have notice changes. The office people are so nice and willing to help. I see guys cleaning the outside of the property all the time. They are cleaning the place up a little at a time. Keep it up.

The changes are so welcomed I have seen the changes with the grounds and the better attitude with the staff. Lets see what else is to come. It is nice to have work orders that you report really get done.

Good and Bad I just recently moved out of Harbour pointe apartments. I would not recommend these units to anybody.
1. If your single and like to party then this is the place for you. Lots of drugs in the building.
2. Cars were vandlized several times in the year I was there.
