(user photo) (user photo) After the floor was soaked with water and they pulled the carpet up to dry it. (user photo) The blower that they used to dry the carpet. (user photo) They pulled the whole carpet up, look at the job they like to call wonderful work.

I lived in Caprock for 5 years. Location is excellent. Price is OK, though they raise the rent every time you renew your lease, and find a way to take all of your deposit money when you leave. Management was OK, but didn't help much when one of my four neighbors throughout the 5 years was HORRIBLE and OBNOXIOUS beyond belief. Most of the other neighbors were nice or at least decent.
