Apartments seem in good condition but elevators malfunction very often.
Parking is fine....

New washers and dryers, but cost more money, but they are very nice. Sometimes people whom aren't tenants come to do their laundry at this apts.

Staff is friendly but main office is no longer open from Monday to Friday.
Security guards'

Some neighbors put out their cigarettes on the walls or inside elevators.
