I have read bad reviews, but never a good one. I have never seen a cockroach in my apt. My ac works great, I keep my apt at 70 degrees. My utility bills are $65 without ac and never above $105 with ac and have been consistent. The staff in the front office has always been nice to me. There was no vacancy in the apartments that I wanted so I moved here and had planned to move later. But for the money, I will stay here.
