Parking is fine....
New washers and dryers, but cost more money, but they are very nice. Sometimes people whom aren't tenants come to do their laundry at this apts.

Pretty Good I lived in Caprock for 5 years. Location is excellent. Price is OK, though they raise the rent every time you renew your lease, and find a way to take all of your deposit money when you leave. Management was OK, but didn't help much when one of my four neighbors

It is ok I have read bad reviews, but never a good one. I have never seen a cockroach in my apt. My ac works great, I keep my apt at 70 degrees. My utility bills are $65 without ac and never above $105 with ac and have been consistent. The staff in the front office has always been nice

Happy renter I am a new renter at Colinas Del Sol. I have lived here about 1 month. We have had some problems with our AC however the office and maintenance staff have been very prompt to repair it. Jessica is super nice and helpful!
