When I first moved in here, the staff seemed very pleasant. As time had passed and so had the previous management, the property started to decline slowly. Maintenance was hard to get a hold of, due to the office staff forgetting to let the maintenance know your request. Parking seemed to become an endless nightmare, except when you park your vehicle before 7pm and leave it there all night. The members of the church (Irdu religion) would park their vehicles in the apartment parking lot. Management would post notes stating they would be towed, but would not follow through. You might have to catch a cab back to your apartment. People would honk their horn all hours of the night and day. Smell of Curry (spice) would be in the air constantly. Property was poorly constructed. When it rained, the balcony would leak from light fixture. Property was also settling, ceiling starting to crack. I bought a new vehicle 2 years ago and the first day it was dinged by another car door. People do not respect your new vehicle and will ding, scratch and write on your vehicle. I had to park my old vehicle in another lot and someone had written "NO PARKING" on the hood with a key. My company vehicle window had been shot out twice by a pellet gun. These were all reported to the management staff and to local authorities. And to top this off, my wife got a new car and that too has been dinged by another car door. I would not recommend anyone that plans to, or has a new car, live here.
