I have been in the Arbors of Euless for 4yrs now. When I moved in it was a nice place but within the last 3yrs management has changed about 20 times and maintence who'''' I have a old mold hotel room for an apartment the air is jacked up, I have drug dealers for neighbors and highway robbers for management. They have had management who have been stealing from the company and are now making the residents pay for it. They sent out a number of letters to over half the complex stating we all owe past due charges but they can't ever tell you from when and why. I pay my rent on time each month but it seems as if they always find a way to give me late fees this month they said they returned all residents rent that did not include the washer/dryer payment because this is apart of rent and we were all billed 25.00 late fees. Yet I am still experiencing leaks in my restrooms and mold and my kids mirrored closet door has been removed by so called maintence and never replaced. Oh and not to mention the ongoing mud slide on to the sidewalk. Which I complain about every month but have been constantly ignored. OH and I forgot to mention the time the sex offender approached my 9yr old daughter I reported it to the management to post to the other residents and they did nothing. I had to spread the word myself. Bottom line RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
