The first 3 months went by perfectly, I thought I had actually found a HOME. Until the managemnet started sending me evection notices's for "rent not paid in full" They forgot to update their records that I was paying $675.00 ( for the smallest two bedroom)
not $699.00. That took 2 months to fix. Then had to call the cops due to the fact that the 9 people living next to me couldn't find the trash can to dispose of their beer bottles. Managment said they would send a lease violation... 4 months later they moved the family of 9 to a different part of the complex, well that was 3 buildings over. hummmmm''''''''''

Celings leaked, mirrored closet doors shattered 2 feet from my son, roaches, rats, mud that never dried and neighbors who brought gangs into the area. BTW still there. Need something fixed' Hope you know how to do it your self, will never get done other wise. Oh and take your shoes off outside unless you feel like cleaning all the dog poop off your carpet. best advice.... stay away!!!
