I have lived here for a while now, and I am SO ready to get out! It was pretty decent at first, but it has gone steadily downhill.
Alex and Crystal are always available - if they have a problem with you, but if you need them, GOOD LUCK! Stacy is clueless and has terrible phone ettiquette. They are all very rude.
They send out notices all the time about owing them more money, threatening eviction, notices to take down patio decor, etc... They NEVER have any community functions and they don't know the residents. The only time you see them is if they want your money.
They don't fix anything properly. The appliances are old and do not work, but they refuse to replace them, they just glue them, tape them, etc...but never replace.
DON'T DO IT! They are rude,worthless, unhelpful, and only here for the paycheck!

I would like to know if other residents feel the same way. We are thinking about moving into this complex.

I've never found them to be rude. Sounds like the person giving this review has financial issues. Maintenance on the place is very poor.

I totally agree! The office staff is always rude and seem to be put out if you need them. Maitenance staff NEVER does ANYTHING! I have put in so many requests and they never fix a single thing. We have lived here for several years and they have NEVER upgraded anything. The appliances are ridiculously old and do not work, the bathrooms are terrible, the carpets are nasty...I could go on and on. They really need to put some money into maintaining the inside of the apartments. They also need to replace the maintenance staff.
