Maintence is a joke, Front office is lazy and have no answer to any questions and light bills here are horrible rage from 250 and up , you have a high water bill here also. I have had to call the police 15 times for my neighbor due to loud music and manager call several time did nothing. I gave 2 months notice and told the manager I can not take living here having to call the police all the time and nothing being done. They waited until I moved and said I had 28 more day on my lease left and charged me outrageous fee. That apartment is for unemployed people only , manager susan is an -------..

yeah, this is pretty accurate. The office staff is worthless. Electric bills are ridiculously high, this is because the doors and windows are terrible and the air just seeps in and out, so the air or heat runs continuously. They need to do some "fixing up." The apartments are not kept up very well. They are old and the appliances are awful. They need to renovate bad!!!!
