Too many problems. I was taking a shower and the water temp knob broke off and started shooting water at me. It was like when the fire department opens a hydrant and lets it pour into the street. My wife came home one night and they had left a note saying that they had to change the water heater, which was conveniently located in my baby's room. They had a water hose going across the room and out the window....for 2 days!! Not to mention it was in the middle of summer and they changed the locks to get in. I guess they drilled our locks and said that they were not able to get the original key while the office was closed. That was a lie. The new lock the put in is impossible to get the key out of. Just yesterday I find a note my wife left me that says to not turn on the kitchen sink. I wonder why and as soon as I touch the faucet the thing breaks off. I take it to the office and the manager is cutting me off when I try to explain that I am dissatisfied and all of the problems with the place. I was so dumbfounded that I forgot to tell them I need a new AC filter. Speaking of which, the AC works like a cracker when your starving. Not at all!! I complained and they told me to buy the energy efficient window shades. About $100. My energy bill is still outrageous. If you are someone that loves being thoroughly dissatisfied, move here. If not, PLEASE do not make the same mistake as I. I am seriously considering breaking my lease.

Hey you should do a lease transfer to Parc Plaza. I hated living in The Arbors, but Parc Plaza is right down the street (on Denton Dr) has a much better rating on here and for good reason. It's better!!! Not perfect, but much much better. I do have to say maintenance is being worked on. We were down to one, but I think we got a few new guys. I did have a problem with my air unit and they fixed it within a few days no problem. At the Arbors I had a problem with my AC that was so bad the wall even vibrated and they never fixed it. My bill was also outrageous. We have the two bedroom here with crown molding, the wood laminate flooring, brushed nickel and two baths and we got a great deal. We did have the upgraded one bedroom which is also nice. We just welcomed a little one to our family and needed more room. Andrea let us upgrade without charging us extra and we moved 2 months before our lease on the one bedroom was up. I feel blessed because my neighbors in the one bedroom and current have been super. When we moved to this apartment our new neighbor even grilled steaks for us. People who have come over say, wow what a nice apartment. It is a big move up. I do hope Brad the maintenance guy gets more help. Not sure where they are with that as we have not had any recent issues that we needed address. Which is still better than the Arbors where there is always an issue! Call Andrea and talk to her, she is great. 817-540-4000 I can not believe the Arbors are still so awful.
