I wouldn't say they are the worst apartments ever....but I won't say they are the best either...you kinda get what you pay for, you know'
I lived there and actually broke my lease, but was quite happy to do so...during the day the apt. complex was okay, it was when the sun went down, when it " got ghetto".
Loud music and children playing around your car...that's not cool. But if you really need a place to lay your head...sure go for it. It's in a nice area that's not too expensive, just get an apartment with a balcony view facing the streets.
