Do yourself a favor and drive right on past
ash lane apts. I was a leasing mgr. for 15
years and in my opinion a change in management
is needed here. My sister has lived here for
years and the complaints she's had and the lack
of response from the office personnel is dispickable.
I think the office staff has nothing to do but answer
complaints on sites like this one,when they should be
helping their tenants. This site is asking for a rating
from 1 to 5 on certain things such as parking, noise etc.
I am entering one because there is nothing lower.
Please dont waste your time here,
I am currently filing a claim, on my sisters behalf, about
the poor staff at your complex. I will, for any current tenants,
be needing a few more signatures to ensure a prompt response
from the Better business bereau, as well as the parent company of
Ash Lane Apartments. Thank you together you will get help.
