My lease here is almost up and for most of the time, I had hoped things would be better. The water heat and water pressure are my main complaints here at Ash Lane. You may consider this to be a personal issue, but I prefer to shower everyday under a faucet that has decent pressure. To remedy this I bought a navy issue nozzle to increase pressure, this helped some, but not enought to be satisfactory. The water het never rises above about 99 degrees. I don't like lukewarm showers, and I hate the feeling I get about my apartment complex when I go to a friend and shower at their apartment and feel envious because of the difference. Good price for our first lease there, but the rate rocketed before renewal time, not much to be concerned with because I already had my mind made up to leave before we had the opportunity to renew.
