I have lived here for over 2 years now(just signed my 3rd lease, wish I would have just moved, but it's cheaper, guess you get what you pay for). Lord help you if you have any problems or issues with anything. It took over a week for them to replace the thing that keeps the mailbox locked, when my outlets went out in my kitchen and half of my living room it took a week for someone to come out to take care of that, and now I have ants. I found them yesterday(the 3rd), so today before I went to work I stopped by the office to report my problem, and the lady in the fron told me pest control wouldn't be out til the 16th. I just stared at her, and repeated myself, I have ANTS! And she basically just told me there was nothing they could do about it til then. I'm sorry but to me that seems like a slightly serious problem. I guarantee if it was her home where it may be, she would be also expecting something to be done that day. They are never in a hurry to do anything and if you don't pester them continuously then they won't it. When I put in a work order about my mailbox I waited a few days and when I went back in found out they never put the work order through. I have bills to pay, I need my mail.
Also when I moved in the dishwasher flooded the kitchen. Twice they came out to fix it, and never did to the point I just gave up and wash my dishes by hand to avoid the hassle. And my icemaker has never worked.

Don't live here. If you want to live in this area, which IS a good area, pay the little extra and move into one of the surrounding apartment complexes. I can't speak for them, but they can't be this terrible.


Edit: It's now the 18th and still no notice about any pest control coming around like they said would happen on the 16th.
