Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Positives: Big spacious apartments for reasonable prices. No water bill.
Negatives: HORRIFIC smell that comes through vents.* Poor maintenance. Small pool, that looks dirty (I won't go in it)
BIG Roaches everywhere with little/no pest control.
*The majority of the residence are from Pakistan. The smell from the food they cook is terrible, and I've seen many of my neighbors move SOLELY from the smell of the food that seeps through the vents. (regardless of which floor) I've had friends come over literally gagging from the smell. Sprays and candles WILL NOT mask the curry smell.
Besides the smell and the Bugs, the apartments would be perfect. I think the bug problem could easily be controlled with better outdoor maintenance.
