Okay. The place is filthy; grafitti, trash, and animal feces all over the place. The office staff is bigoted and uneasy to deal with (if you're hispanic, you'll be taken care of great, ------- or european american, expect to be treated rudely or not at all.) The staff has blatantly lied to me on several occasions. Parking is horrible, expect to park at the bar accross the street on Saturday. I talk to my nieghbors on a daily basis about the noise level. My husband is woken from sleep every day with polka music. carry a gun with me when I walk my dog. Most of the laundry machines are broken, as has been my dishwasher for 6 months. My electrical wiring is a fire hazard. They constantly break building and fire codes. I have called on them many times. THe rent is steady, but the electricity bill is usually $140.00 per month for a 2 bedroom.
